The SuperStar Rewards Program is our way of thanking you our customers, for your sales of Interstate Products!

This exclusive online program rewards you, our valued customer, with a variety of merchandise and travel awards for selling quality products from INDS. Now with each sale, you will have the opportunity to earn a selection of over 1,000 popular merchandise items including electronics, tools, sporting items, ATV's, home furnishings, jewelry, yard/garden, housewares, outdoor items, toys and more. In addition you can choose from over 100 deluxe 4 & 5 star vacations including weekend escapes, cruises, vacations in Europe, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, Disney world or the Orient, romantic islands, ski, golf or big city trips plus Marriott weekend getaways.

How To Enroll

Awards
Points for Travel or Merchandise items are earned for selling eligible contracts (see Incentive Program Rules for specifics.) You the participant will accumulate points with every eligible contract you sell that is included in the program by entering your unique identifier (first and last initial in your name followed by the last 3 digits of your social security number) on the contract prior to submitting it. You will be notified monthly of your points status. Anytime during the program period, you may redeem an award by simply clicking on the item of choice and following the redemption instructions. Points needed to redeem the item will be shown under the product image. Cash substitutions are not permitted. If any merchandise awards are discontinued, we reserve the right to offer a substitution award of equal, or greater value or you may select another award. You must have a sufficient point balance to purchase the travel or merchandise selected. Cash will not be accepted for full or partial payment of travel or merchandise.



Award Shopping and Searching
Begin shopping and navigating through the merchandise or travel categories by using the drop-down "Awards Selections" list box located at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Looking for something special? Search by clicking on the SEARCH link on the menu bar at the top of the screen. You can search by point range, key word or category.



Points Status & Expiration
Points will be accumulated with each sale. Your point balance statement will be updated monthly. You will be notified directly via email to go on-line to the program site to access your statement. Your statement will reflect the total program points you have accumulated less any trip or award redemptions.



Order Status
Awards will be shipped to any address you choose in the continental US within 72 hours of receipt in most cases. We will make every effort to notify you of delays or extended shipping times.



Shipping Status
After placing an order, you may check on the status at anytime by clicking on "My Account" then "Orders". Click on "Order Status" and you will see complete status information of all your orders. Click on the particular "order number" of the award you want to trace then, if desired, contact the shipping carrier for details, giving them your tracking number shown. You can also see orders placed on particular dates by entering the dates in the calendar and clicking "Refresh Orders".



Edit Personal Information
To change your name, address, password, email address and other personal information, click "My Account" then "My Profile" and "Edit My Profile".



Awards Transfer
You can redeem an award and send it to anyone you like. Just type in their shipping address and include a special message, if desired.



Tax Requirements
Any liability for Federal, State or local income taxes for awards from this program will be the sole responsibility of the participant receiving the award and not Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. or its agents. 1099 information will be furnished as required.



Damaged Goods/Returns/Merchandise Issues
Do not destroy/dispose of or return any merchandise, cartons or packing without authorization from us. All claims must be made within 30 days from receipt and returned with all packing materials intact. To return an item or for merchandise inquiries, please call 1-800-621-9745 (put Qualities number in) Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST and ask for customer service or e-mail at kcash@awardhdq.com and provide them with your program number (8863-00301-13).



Travel Claims
Upon redemption of a travel package you will be forwarded a package via mail which includes trip information and contact information to use to assist in making your travel plans.

Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. reserves the right to final interpretation of these rules and to terminate this program or any portion at any time.

PROGRAM RULES

The SuperStar Rewards on-line program is designed to be easy, fun to use, provide valuable information and most importantly, show our appreciation for your business by offering "the best of the best" selections of merchandise and travel awards.

Dealership Sales/F&I Professionals are welcome to participate in the program by enrolling here. You must enroll to participate and must be working at an active Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. dealership to qualify for the program.

Sell the products you know and trust and get the rewards you deserve!

Every qualifying Interstate product that you sell earns reward points. The more contracts you sell, the faster your points will add up. Points are accumulated and will be credited to your account based on your level of participation. The redemption value of the SuperStar Rewards points varies depending on the type of contract you sell.

Check this site frequently . From time to time, we may offer additional or "bonus" points so you can earn your favorite awards faster!

Sales Verification
Credit for a SuperStar Rewards contract sale is made only upon verification of a sale. Contract sales must be reported by the end of the month in order to be included for program purposes. Sales will be considered verified when they have been reviewed and accepted by Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. This will occur by the 15th day of the month following the reported sale.

Cancellations
All credits for SuperStar Rewards will be net of cancellations.

SuperStar Rewards Performance Statement
Contract sales, point accruals and award redemption will be detailed on your monthly on-line performance statement.

Reward Eligibility
You must be a seller at an authorized Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. dealer selling an eligible program. If you no longer maintain this status, you will have 180 days to redeem all awards earned to date. After this 180-day period, all unredeemed awards and/or award points are forfeited.

To ensure that you are receiving credit for your sales efforts and for points reporting, please indicate your Unique Identifier/SuperStar ID (first and last initial along with the last 3 digits of your social security number) next to the signature line on bottom right of the application page unless otherwise indicated on the Interstate Contract.

Review and Audit Procedures
Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. reserves the right to inspect Dealership records during normal business hours and to question and disqualify any sales made or claimed that are not in accordance with the Incentive Program Rules. Failure to submit requested records may result in disqualification of sales and/or forfeiture of awards.

Interpretation and Cancellation
Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. reserves the right to make final interpretation of the Incentive Program Rules and their decision is final. Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. also reserves the right to cancel or amend this program at any time without written notice.
